Spinning is a fairly recent addition to the fitness world, it takes place in a studio using exercise bikes and sees a strong cardio vascular workout which is ideal for late evenings or bad weather times. The routine is set to music and will vary according to the workout required, usually driven by a personal trainer telling you what to do and when to increase the resistance on the bike.
